In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, Bunzl plc confirms that Michael Roney, who as previously announced will be retiring from the Board of Bunzl plc on 20 April 2016, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chairman and Chairman Designate of Grafton Group plc with effect from 1 May 2016 and will assume the role of Chairman on 1 January 2017.
