Highway Capital announces that it has received a loan of £20,000 from Dariusz Zych, a non-executive director of the company. The loan has a term of five years and can be converted at the holder's request into new ordinary shares in Highway Capital at a price of 10 pence per share. In the event that the loan is not repaid or converted prior to its maturity date then it will attract accrued interest at a rate of 5% per annum. The proceeds of the loan will be used for general working capital purposes.
