Imperial Brands announces that it has today received notice that on Wednesday 30 March 2016 Mr Steven Stanbrook, a non-executive director, purchased 5,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), representing 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares), in Imperial Brands at a price of USD 111.318 per ADS.

Imperial Brands was further notified that on Thursday 31 March 2016 Mr Stanbrook also purchased 3,986 ADSs, representing 7,972 Shares, at a price of USD 111.1359 per ADS.

Following these transactions Mr Stanbrook's holding is 8,986 ADSs, representing 17,972 Shares.
