DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALING

The Company has been notified that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,623 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 568.58 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 March 2016. Following the purchase, Michelle Senecal de Fonseca has a beneficial interest in 2,623 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
