The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc announces that on 30 March 2016 the Company purchased 970,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 98.625 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 161,960,010 shares of which 11,204,214 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc is 150,755,796 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
