Director's Dealing

The Company was notified yesterday that, on the same day, Rob Wood, Group Finance Director, has transferred 22,975 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his personal ISA and 22,975 Ordinary Shares to his wife's ISA, at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share.

The transfer has no effect on Mr Wood's total beneficial shareholding which remains unchanged and he continues to hold 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
