Directorate changes

Tony Hemus is to join the Board as from 1 April 2016 as an independent non-executive director.  Tony Hemus was formerly a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tony will succeed Peter McIlwraith as chairman of the Company's Audit and Risk Assurance Committee in late May 2016  after a handover from Peter McIlwraith who is to retire from the Board on 31 May 2016.

In addition Tony Harding has stood down from the Board as a non executive director with effect from 24 March 2016 owing to his retirement from Suez, the Paris listed global utility.  Miquel Anglada has joined the Board as a non executive director with immediate effect.  Miquel Anglada has rejoined the Board where between 2009 and 2014 he was Finance Director but now as a non executive director.  Miquel is a director of other companies in Suez based in the UK.
