BONUS SHARE SCHEME AWARDS

Persimmon Plc ("the Company") announces that on 24 March 2016 the following awards of ordinary shares were made to Executive Directors under the Company's Bonus Share Scheme for the year ended 31 December 2015:

The awards are for the amount of annual bonus which is deferred for up to two years.  The awards will vest half on the announcement of the Company's 2016 results and half on the announcement of the Company's 2017 results. 

As a result of the above, the Executive Directors hold options/awards over the following number of ordinary shares granted under the Company's various share schemes:
