Creditors of J E Beale plc approve Company Voluntary Arrangement

Further to the announcement issued on 8 March 2016, the Directors of Panther are pleased to advise that the resolution to approve the Company Voluntary Arrangement put before the creditors of J E Beale plc earlier today was duly approved, with 92.2 per cent. of voting creditors voting in favour of the resolution.
