Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Assura plc ("Assura" or "the Company"), the UK's leading primary care property investor and developer, announces that its Chief Executive, Graham Roberts, has informed the board of his intention to sell up to 2.5 million shares from his beneficial holding in Assura plc and to gift the net proceeds to charities primarily supporting medical and humanitarian causes as directed through an endowment established with his wife Dianne.

On completion of the transaction, Graham Roberts will have a beneficial interest in 4.0 million shares representing 0.24% of the issued share capital.
