Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (Company) announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, 10th May 2016 at Charlton House, Cirencester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL53 8ER.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders:

·     Circular to Shareholders/Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice)

·     Form of Proxy.
