Croda International Plc - Annual Financial Report

Croda International Plc (the "Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 December 2015 (the "Annual Results Announcement") on 23 February 2016. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been published and are being mailed to shareholders today:

- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015

- Notice of Annual General Meeting

- Form of Proxy

- Sustainability Report

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12 noon on 27 April 2016 at the Royal York Hotel, Station Road, York, North Yorkshire, YO24 1AA.

In compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.croda.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
