The Board of Totally (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule (2)g of the AIM Rules for Companies that it has been notified today by Don Baladasan, Finance Director of the Company, that pursuant to an appointment of administrators' notice issued on 16 March 2016, Opes MRF 2013 Limited and Opes Industries Limited, companies which he is a director of, were placed into administration on 9 March 2016.
