Changes to Director Roles and Responsibilities

The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased to announce that, following his appointment to the Board of INPP on 1 January 2016, John Le Poidevin has been appointed as a member to each of the Audit & Risk Committee, Investment Committee, Management Engagement Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
