Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

The board of Beazley plc announces that Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 9 March 2016 at an average price of 348.10p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 6,436,385 ordinary shares of 5p each (1.23% of the issued share capital).
