Change of Adviser

On 14 December 2015 Allenby Capital Limited (“Allenby Capital”) announced it had reached an agreement with Sanlam Securities (UK) Limited (“Sanlam”), the Company’s nominated adviser and broker at that time, pursuant to which four senior members of Sanlam’s corporate finance team had joined Allenby Capital following Sanlam’s decision to refocus its business and concentrate on its core operations.  Accordingly, in order to retain continuity with one of its key advisers and to gain access to Allenby Capital’s additional resources, the Company announces the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect.
