PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces, pursuant to LR 12.4.6 R, a dealing in its own equity securities as set out below:

Date of purchase(s)	:	9 March 2016
Class of shares	:	Ordinary shares of 1.5625p each ("shares")
Number of shares purchased	:	75,000
Average purchase price paid	:	1038.663 pence per share
Highest purchase price paid	:	1058 pence per share
Lowest purchase price paid	:	1029 pence per share

All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.  

Following settlement of this transaction the share capital of the Company will comprise 166,952,041 ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each, of which 655,000 are held in treasury.   The total number of voting rights in the Company following this transaction is therefore 166,297,041.
