Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that, following the release of the Company's audited Final Results on 8 March 2016 and the satisfaction of certain performance targets, Mr Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, was awarded 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 March 2016.  The award forms part of his recruitment remuneration.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 21,589 Ordinary Shares (0.05%).

The award will be satisfied by the transfer of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury for nil consideration. 

A final 5,000 Ordinary Shares may be transferred to Mr Widlund for nil consideration in March 2017 subject to Mr Widlund's continuing employment and meeting the Group's performance targets.  Full details of the award relating to Mr Widlund's recruitment remuneration will be set out in the Company's 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, to be published on 18 March 2016 and available on the website (www.clsholdings.com) from this date.
