Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LIDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, is pleased to announce that it has appointed of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

The Company also confirms that the lock-in agreements, set out in the Group's admission document dated 24 March 2015, will continue to apply and have been novated to Cantor Fitzgerald Europe.
