Image Scan, (AIM: IGE) specialists in the field of real-time X-ray imaging for the security and industrial inspection markets, has been notified that Bill Mawer, Chairman and CEO, has today purchased 402,010 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.99p per share. 

Following this transaction Bill Mawer holds 3,738,655 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.98% of total issued share capital and voting rights of the company.
