Director/PDMR Shareholding

Hunting today announces the following share transactions by the executive Directors of the Company:

Dennis Proctor

On 4 March 2016, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Executive Share Option Plan, Mr Proctor exercised 104,178 share options at a price of 383.0p per share and subsequently sold them at 430.0p per share.

Following this transaction Dennis Proctor's beneficial holding remains at 1,748,544 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 1.17% of the Company's share capital.

Peter Rose

On 4 March 2016, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Executive Share Option Plan, Mr Rose exercised 18,277 share options at a price of 383.0p per share.  He subsequently sold 17,218 Ordinary shares in order to cover tax and exercise costs at a price of 430.0p per Ordinary share and retained 1,059 Ordinary shares.

Following this transaction Peter Rose's beneficial holding increases to 87,923 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.06% of the Company's share capital.
