Share buy-back programme

Paragon announced on 24 November 2015 that during its 2015 financial year it had bought £49.7 million of its ordinary shares out of an announced £50 million.  The Company also announced that it was extending its share buy-back programme by up to a further £50 million into 2016.

In the period from 1 December 2015, when the extended share buy-back programme commenced, to 7 March 2016 Paragon has bought back 7,993,509 shares for a total cost of £25.5 million (including stamp duty and commissions), completing the 2015 buy-back programme and representing 50% of the programme for the current financial year.
