Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Derren Stroud as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') and Executive Director to the Board with immediate effect.

Derren, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, has over 20 years' of industry experience including senior finance roles at Retail Decisions, Envox and Safenet.  Derren will take over from Mark Crawford whose decision to step down from the Board was announced on 11 January 2016.

As CFO, Derren will take responsibility for corporate financial management and supporting the Group's investor relations activities.  In his career he has worked within a range of specialist innovation and engineering businesses, with both public and private equity backing, serving a global customer base from manufacturing and commercial sites worldwide.

Phil Cartmell, Chief Executive of TP Group commented:
