Further to the announcement on 1 March 2015 of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015, the relevant dates* in respect of the 2015 final and second special interim dividends are set out below.

2015 final and second special interim dividends

10 March 2016	-	"Ex-dividend" date for the 2015 final and second special interim dividends
11 March 2016	-	Record date for the 2015 final and second special interim dividends
27 April 2016	-	Final date for election under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan
19 May 2016	-	Payment date for the 2015 final and second special interim dividends
