Declaration of Special Dividend

Further to the announcement on 19 January 2016 and in the light of realised profits on the sale of various properties during 2015, the Directors of Panther have declared a special dividend of 10p per share, payable on 31 March 2016 to shareholders on the share register on 11 March 2015.
