DIRECTOR / PDMR AWARDS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a), Capital & Counties Properties PLC announces that the following awards were made to two Executive Directors on 29 February 2016:

AWARDS UNDER THE MATCHING SHARE PLAN

The following awards of nil cost options were made to Ian Hawksworth and Soumen Das on 29 February 2016. The awards were made under the Capital & Counties Properties PLC Matching Share Plan following the co-investment of shares held by Ian Hawksworth and Soumen Das, and were based on a market value of 317.8 pence per share:
