TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that at the close of business on 29 February 2016:

·              the issued share capital of International Personal Finance plc consisted of 234,244,437 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares");

·              International Personal Finance plc held 13,257,244 Ordinary Shares in Treasury;

·              the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 220,987,193.

The above figure, 220,987,193, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
