Permit (license) essentials: Early termination, suspension or restriction on the rights for subsoil use as per Clause 2 of Part 2 of Article 20 of RF Law 'On Subsurface' on the occurrence of the following: 1. Failure of the Subsoil user to meet the terms stated in the provisions of subsoil use:

• As prescribed by Federal Subsoil Use Agency and its regional offices, annually, not later than on 15 February of the year following the reporting year the Subsoil user is obliged to submit to the relevant regional office of Federal Subsoil Use Agency the information report on works performed at subsoil site available for use.

• The failure of the Subsoil user to fulfill the obligations stated in the provisions of subsoil use:

• Geological information on subsoil to be submitted to the federal and regional funds of geological information in the established order; - The Subsoil user is obliged to ensure the protection of initial geological information obtained in the course of works at subsoil site, including rock and core samples as well as formation fluids. Upon application of the federal and regional funds of geological information, the Subsoil user is obliged to provide on a free-of-charge basis the temporary storage of geological information it possesses, including temporary storage of rock and core samples as well as formation fluids. 3. The failure of the Subsoil user to meet the requirements for technical projects in development of mineral deposits concerning the beginning of construction of infrastructure for production of mineral resources and/or commissioning of mineral deposits approved in the established order.
