DIRECTORATE APPOINTMENT

Appointment of new independent non-executive Director

Helical Bar is pleased to announce that Richard Cotton is to be appointed to the Board of the Company as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 March 2016. Richard will become a member of the Nominations, Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Richard (60), trained as a chartered surveyor before becoming a property equity analyst at Cazenove & Co in 1986 and ultimately Head of UK Real Estate Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan Cazenove. He left in 2009 to become a Managing Director at Forum Partners. Previously a Non-Executive Director at Hansteen Holdings plc and a member of the Advisory Board Corporate Real Estate Business Support Unit at Lloyds Banking Group, Richard is currently a Non-Executive Director of Big Yellow Group plc, Chairman of Centurion Properties Limited as well as a Member of the Commercial Development Advisory Group of Transport for London.
