Topps Tiles plc (the "Company")

Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 887,775 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's 2015 SAYE Three Year Scheme.

It is expected that the admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 29 February 2016. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
