Disclosure of Home Member State

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.4.2, Dignity plc notifies the market that, as a result of recent changes made to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Transparency Directive Amending Directive (2013/50/EU), requires the Company to disclose its Home State.  Accordingly, the Company announces that its Home State is the United Kingdom.
