APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

FDM Group (Holdings) plc ("FDM", or "the Company"), an international professional services provider focussing principally on Information Technology ("IT"), is pleased to announce the appointment of David Lister as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 March 2016.

David has over 35 years' experience of working in IT across multiple industries for international businesses such as Diageo, GlaxoSmithKline, Boots, Reuters, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Grid. He also has experience of the professional services sector where he worked for PwC.

David is currently a non-executive director of HSBC Bank plc (a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings plc), Nuffield Health, and CIS General Insurance Limited. He also sits on the Board of the Department of Work and Pensions and is a trustee of The Tech Partnership Limited where he focuses on the UK's technology sector's skills and diversity challenges. Until June 2014 David was also a non-executive director of InterXion Holding NV (a Netherlands incorporated company listed on the New York Stock Exchange).

On his appointment to the FDM board, David will also become a member of the Company's audit committee and remuneration committee.

Save for the directorship in InterXion Holding NV referred to above, there are no matters requiring disclosure pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of The Listing Rules.
