Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP" or the "Company") 

Pursuant to the further interim dividend of 1.28125 pence per ordinary share announced on 4 January 2016, and the Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular dated 22 January 2016, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for the Scrip Dividend Offer in respect of 345,669 new ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). PHP has therefore today (22 February 2016) made application for the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 345,669 New Shares issued in lieu of the further interim cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2015. Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 26 February 2016.
