Foxtons Group plc announces that it has purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of £0.01 each:

Date of purchase:	15 February 2016
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	270,000
Highest price paid per Share (pence):	162.000
Lowest price paid per Share (pence):	159.000

Following the purchase of the shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises

276,613,451 ordinary shares. Each share carries one vote. Accordingly the number of shares with voting rights in issue is 276,613,451. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
