Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific has been advised that nine Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") were purchased on 5 February 2016 by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.  David's resulting interest in the Company is 916,691 Ordinary shares representing 15.03 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, David holds options over 9,275 Ordinary shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at a price of 1675p per Ordinary share.  Purchases of a further 501 Ordinary shares were made on the same date and at the same price on behalf of 76 other members of staff under the Plan.
