Full Year Dividend Details

Following the announcement on 1 February 2016 of preliminary results for the year ended 30 November 2015, RM sets out below the expected timetable for the final dividend and AGM:

Ex-dividend date for 2015 final dividend (3.80 pence per share)	10 March 2016
Record date for 2015 final dividend	11 March 2016
AGM	23 March 2016 at 11.30 a.m.
Payment of 2015 final dividend	8 April 2016

Notes:

1.       References to times are to Greenwich Mean Time.

2.       If any of the above times or dates should change, the revised times and/or dates will be notified to shareholders by an announcement on a Regulatory Information Service.

3.       Payment of the 2015 final dividend is subject to the approval by shareholders of the final dividend.
