Appointment of Non-Executive Director

4imprint Group plc ("4imprint"), the leading international direct marketer of promotional products, announces the following addition to the Board of Directors.

Paul Moody has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of 4imprint, with immediate effect.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Johnson Service Group plc as Non-Executive Chairman and is also a Non-Executive Director of Pets at Home Group plc.

He has extensive public company experience and spent seventeen years at Britvic plc, including the last eight years as Chief Executive.

There are no further disclosure requirements under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Mr. Moody's appointment.
