Learning Technologies Group plc (AIM:LTG) announces that on 29 January 2016 Jonathan Satchell (Chief Executive) sold 1,750,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.00375 each in the Company at a price of 33.00 pence per share.  The purpose of the sale was to satisfy demand from institutional investors and the Company can confirm that he has no intention of selling any further shares for at least 6 months.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Satchell has a beneficial interest in 105,289,995 shares which represents 25.30% of the share capital of the Company.
