The Company announces that Alan Fletcher, a director and PDMR of the Company, bought on 28 January 2016 a further 14,114 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC as follows:  

8,782 shares at £3.1880 per share; and

5,332 shares at £3.1878 per share.

Mr Fletcher now holds 97,044 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company.
