Dividend for Period Ended 31 December 2015

The Directors of the Company have declared that an interim dividend will be payable to holders of Ordinary Shares as follows in respect of the three month period ended 31 December 2015:

Ex-Dividend Date:                                                28 January 2016

Record Date:                                                        29 January 2016

Payment Date:                                                     29 February 2016

Dividend per Ordinary Share:                            1.5 pence

In accordance with the prospectus published by the Company on 6 October 2015, the Company has not declared a dividend in relation to the C Shares for the three month ended 31 December 2015.
