Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it has received notification that Mr Jules Hydleman, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 January 2015 at £3.20.

As a result of the purchase referred to above, Mr Hydleman is now interested in a total of 51,973 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in the Company, which represents .10% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
