The Company has been notified that Alliance Trust Savings has purchased a total of 37,166 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each. The beneficial owners of these shares are both Gareth Gibson and Douglas Gibson.  This increases the direct and beneficial interest of Gareth Gibson to 239,192 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each which represents 8.82% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Douglas Gibson has an interest in 89,078 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each which represents 3.3% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
