Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), TwentyFour Income Fund Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr Richard Burwood, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive director of Funding Circle SME Income Fund Limited on 12 August 2015, for which shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities on 30 November 2015.

In addition, Mr Burwood was appointed as a non-executive director of Basinghall Lending DAC on 18 September 2015, which was listed on the Irish Stock Exchange on 30 November 2015.
