Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that an employee has exercised share options in accordance with the rules of the 2012 LTIS schemes.

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of the options referred to above, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") shall have transferred 300 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer, the EBT now holds 213,247 ordinary shares, representing 1.56% of the Company's current voting rights.
