M&C Saatchi plc ("M&C Saatchi" or the "Company")

M&C SAATCHI UK MANAGEMENT TO BUY 30% OF UK AD AGENCY

M&C Saatchi, the global marketing services business, announces that it is in discussions regarding the sale of a 30% equity stake in its UK advertising agency ("M&C Saatchi UK") to five members of the current management team of M&C Saatchi UK (the "transaction"). The five directors are Chairman Tim Duffy, CEO Tom Bazeley, Chief Creative Officer Justin Tindall, Chief Strategy Officer Gaby Bell and Managing Director Tom Firth. There is no guarantee that this transaction will occur and will be subject to certain conditions.

Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate and disclosure will be made as appropriate in accordance with Rules 12 and 13 of the AIM Rules.
