Non-Executive Directors' fees

The Company announces that the Non-Executive Directors listed below were allotted shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 762.002 pence per share on 14 January 2016:

The allotments of shares to Lord Turnbull and William Jackson were pursuant to their instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of their Non-Executive Directors' fees. The allotments of shares to Tim Score, Laura Wade-Gery and Lynn Gladden were pursuant to their instructions to receive shares as full satisfaction of their Non-Executive Directors' fees.

The transactions referred to above took place in London and the Company was notified on 14 January 2016.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
