Directors Dealings

The Company has been informed that on 13 January 2016 Colin Hargrave, Non-Executive Director of the Company sold 10,000 ordinary shares each at a price of 175 pence per share and purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 175.5 pence per share into an ISA.

Following this transaction, Mr Hargrave, including connected parties for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, now has a beneficial interest in 126,579 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.3 per cent of the issued share capital and holds 10,000 options over shares in Best of the Best granted under the terms of the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
