In accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, as well as in accordance with the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Granolio d.d., Zagreb, Ulica Pere Budmanija 5, OlB: 59064993527, MBS: 080111595, a company registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), informs the public that on February 25, 2025, it received a notification regarding the disposal of shares by a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company.

The transaction details are provided in accordance with Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523 in the Template for notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which is attached to this notification.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory – HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
