In compliance with the provisions under Law no.24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, with art.125 Regulation no. 5/2018 of the ASF on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, Bucharest Stock Exchange code and financial calendar for 2025 year, the management of Şantierul Naval Orşova SA company informs the shareholders and the investors that the Preliminary financial results, corresponding to the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024, non-audited, will be published on the company's website: www.snorsova.ro and became available for all those interested starting with the date of 26.02.2025, 8³⁰ .

The electronic transmission of the Preliminary financial results to the stock Exchange Bucharest and the monitoring Authority will be carried out on the same date and time.

As well, the Preliminary financial results are available for consulting or can be obtained in written, upon request, to the company's headquarters from the town of Orşova, no. 4 Tufări Street, Mehedinţi County, starting with the same date/time.
