25 February 2025 - HydrogenPro ASA (OSE: HYPRO): HydrogenPro ASA announces that

board member Vivian Espeseth has informed the company that she resigns from her

position as a member of the board of directors, with immediate effect.

HydrogenPro ASA wishes to express gratitude towards Ms. Espeseth for her

contributions to the company.
